Das Projekt İNPUT

Auf der Grundlage langjähriger und einschlägiger Erfahrungen in der Arbeitsförderung und berufsqualifizierenden Arbeit mit Jugendlichen und älteren Menschen mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund, bauen die am Projekt İNPUT beteiligten Partner ein transregionales und eine transnationales Netzwerk auf, das geeignet ist, nachhaltige Anstöße und İNPUTs für innovative Ansätze (a) bei der Qualifikation von arbeitslosen MigrantInnen und (b) bei arbeitsmarktpolitischen Konzepten und Vorhaben zur (Re)Integration älterer Arbeitsloser über 45 Jahre mit und ohne Migrationshintergrund in den regulären Arbeitsmarkt zu geben.

Ausgangspunkt sind dabei die auch interkulturell geprägten Ressourcen und Bedürfnisse der spezifischen Zielgruppen. Gemeinsam mit den direkt Betroffenen und weiteren lokalen und transnationalen Akteuren sollen – aufbauend auf eine überregionale Bedarfsermittlung – transnationale Transfermöglichkeiten guter Praxis ermittelt und abgestimmt sowie exemplarisch innovative Qualifizierungs- und Arbeitsförderungsmaßnahmen entwickelt, erprobt und evaluiert werden. Eine noch gezieltere Ausrichtung von Instrumenten und Verfahren auf die Ressourcen und Bedürfnisse der Zielgruppen wird dabei angestrebt.

Die erste vorbereitende Stufe des Projekts wurde von Juli bis Dezember 2010 umgesetzt. Die Durchführung für das Hauptprojekt İNPUT ist für den Zeitraum April 2011 bis März 2013 vorgesehen.

The İNPUT project

On the basis of a pluriannual experience in the promotion of employment and vocational education of young and elderly people with and without migration background, the project İNPUT is building a transregional and transnational network of partners, capable to give sustainable impulses and of providing for innovative approaches to (a) the qualifications of unemployed migrants and (b) labour market policies and projects for the (re)integration of older unemployed (over 45) with and without migration background in the regular labour market.

The network supplies the resources and needs of specific target groups. Together with those directly affected and other local and transnational actors, should be – based on identified national needs – determined and coordinated a transnational transferability of good practice as well as examples of innovative working qualification and employment promotion measures should be developed, tested and assessed. An even better targeting of tools and processes on the resources and needs of target groups is here sought.

A first preparatory step has been implemented July to December 2010. The implementation of the main İNPUT project is envisaged for the period April 2011 to March 2013.
