Erster Aufenthalt transnationaler Expertinnen und Experten
Tübingen, 15. bis 17. November 2011 — Als eine erste Vorhut kommen drei Expertinnen und Experten aus Frankreich und Italien zu einem dreitägigen Aufenthalt. Ziel ist es, die Projektaktivitäten in Schwäbisch Gmünd und Reutlingen genauer kennenzulernen und die Voraussetzungen für künftigen Austausch und gemeinsames transnationales Lernen zu schaffen. In der Arbeitsförderung von einander lernen
Stockholm, 17. bis 21. Oktober 2011 — Im Rahmen des transnationalen Lernnetzwerks IMPART findet eine Peer-Review-Reise zu einem Pilotprojekt zur Arbeitsförderung von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund und ethnischen Minderheiten in Schweden statt. Ziel des Peer Reviews ist es dazu beizutragen, auf europäischer Ebene Indikatoren zu validieren, die zur Nachhaltigkeit von Projektvorhaben beitragen. Die Tätigkeit vor Ort erfolgt auf der Grundlage des im Rahmen von IMPART entwickelten Arbeitsansatzes, der sich insbesondere der Methoden eines qualitativen Benchmarkings und indikatorengeführter Interviews im Rahmen von Peer Reviews bedient.
Benchmarking of European projectsStockholm, 17th – 21st October, 2011 — In the framework of the transnational ESF learning network IMPART a peer review study visit is organised to pilot projects in Sweden. Objective of the peer review mission is to contribute to a validation of indicators on European level that might reinforce sustainability of projects. The activities in the field are based on a working strategy developped within the INPART project that focuses on the methods of qualitative benchmarking and indicator focused interviews realised by peers.
İNPUT zu Gast beim Deutsch-Türkischen Forum
Stuttgart, 13. Juli 2011 — Schwerpunkt des Arbeitstreffens von Projektpartnern und Projektmitarbeitern ist der Austausch über die Erfahrungen des Deutsch-Türkischen Forums mit Mentorenarbeit. Der Einsatz von Bildungspaten insbesondere mit türkischem Migrationshintergrund stößt großes Interesse. Die Landeshauptstadt bietet Gelegenheit zur Teilnahme an der Sitzung des Internationalen Ausschusses, zum Schlendern über den Markt der Kulturen und zum sommerlichen italienisch-afrikanischen Kulturausklang. Mit dem Partner BBQ werden ebenfalls noch im Juli weitere Umsetzungsschritte für IKA, das Projektvorhaben vor Ort, vereinbart.
İNPUT starts into the implementation phaseStuttgart, 13th July, 2011 — The meeting of project partners and project staff is focussing on the experiences of the Deutsch-Türkisches Forum (DTF) with mentor work. The use of educational mentors especially with Turkish migration background meets great interest. The state capital offers opportunity to participate in the meeting of the International City Committee, to stroll through the „Markt der Kulturen“ and to enjoy the summer Italian-African cultural event. Still in July some modifications of the local activities in Reutlingen, named IKA, are agreed with the partner BBQ.
Transnationales Treffen in Lille
Lille, 8. bis 9. Juni 2011 — Zu einer zweitätigen transnationalen Begegnung mit internationalen Expertinnen und Experten fahren neun Projektmitarbeitende nach Lille und Bouvines (Frankreich). Der Besuch des Stadtteilzentrums Bois Blanc und der Missons locales vor Ort (mehr Information in Flyer, Kurzinfo und Rechenschaftsbericht) stehen im Zentrum des Studienprogramms zum Thema Arbeitsförderung. Eine Fachtagung in Kooperation mit dem Partner TANDEM PLUS bietet Gelegenheit zur Darstellung des Projektvorhabens und zum fachlichen Austausch mit internationalen Expertinnen und Experten aus Belgien, Frankreich, Italien, Marokko, Portugal, Rumänien, der Slowakei und Spanien. Transnational Meeting in LilleLille, 8th – 9th June, 2011 — Nine project team members participate at a two-day transnational meeting with international experts at Lille and Bouvines (France). A visit to the district center of Bois Blanc and the so-called „Misson locale“ (more information in a flyer, a presentation and an activity report) were highlights of the programme focussin on work promotion. A seminar organised in cooperation with the TANDEM PLUS partner provided an opportunity to present the envisaged project activities and to exchange ideas with international experts from Belgium, France, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain. Austausch von Projektpartnern und Projektteams in Tübingen
Tübingen, 11. Mai 2011 — Partner und Projektteams kommen zu einem ersten Projekttreffen in der Projektstufe 2 zusammen. Nach einem Rückblick auf die 1. Projektstufe berichten die Projektpartner acli e. V., ARCES e. V. und BBQ Berufliche Bildung gGmbH über ihre Aktivitäten und die Detailplanung vor Ort. Besondere Aufmerksamkeit gilt der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung an den Projektpolen Schwäbisch Gmünd und Reutlingen. Konsens unter den Partnern und Projektteams ist ein wertschätzender, partizipativer uns stärkender Ansatz der Arbeitsförderung. Der Erfahrungsaustausch über die Projektpole hinweg soll kontinuierlich fortgeführt werden. Grundlagen für die Zusammenarbeit werden in einer Partnerschaftsvereinbarung festgelegt.
First meeting of project’s partners and teams in TübingenTübingen, 11th May, 2011 — Partners and project teams come together for a first project meeting since the start of the implementation phase. After a short review of the activities during the preliminary phase the project partners acli e. V., ARCES e. V. and BBQ Berufliche Bildung gGmbH report on their activities and the detailed project plannings. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of the project activities in Reutlingen and Schwäbisch Gmünd. There is a wide consensus among partners and project teams about an appreciative, participatory and empowering approach of work promotion. Some continuity and structure should be given to the exchange of partners and staffs at the different project sites. Basic issues for the cooperation will be defined in a partnership agreement.
İNPUT startet in die Stufe 2
Stuttgart, 15. April 2011 — Nachdem das Projekt zum Jahreswechsel an acli e. V. übergegangen ist und entsprechende Vorbereitungen getroffen werden konnten, startet nun die zweijährige Umsetzungsstufe des Projektvorhabens. Entsprechend dem Projektkalender finden noch in der Karwoche Abstimmungsmeetings statt. Direkt nach Ostern sind Workshops mit den lokalen Partnern angesetzt. Transnationale Begegnungen stehen für die erste Junidekade auf dem Projektkalender.
İNPUT starts into the implementation phaseStuttgart, 15th April, 2011 — After the migration of the project to acli e. V. at the end of the year and after an appropriate preparation, the two-year implementation phase of the project could be started. According to the project calendar, even during Holy Week some coordination meetings are planned. Just after Easter workshops with the local partners are prepared. The first transnational meetings of the project staff are scheduled on the project calendar for the first decade of June.

Bonn, 22. bis 23. März 2011 — Im Rahmen des transnationalen Lernnetzwerks IMPART findet eine zweitägige Einführungstagung für Peers statt. Diese Expertinnen und Experten werden im Rahmen von gegenseitigen Fachbesuchen an Peer Reviews beteiligt sein.

Abschluss der vorbereitenden Projektstufe
Stuttgart, 31. Dezember 2010 — Mit einem Arbeitsbericht über die vorbereitende erste Stufe wird ein erster wichtiger Meilenstein des Projekts İNPUT erreicht. Es wurden die operativen Grundlagen geschaffen für die Umsetzung einer vielversprechenden Kooperation und Vernetzung auf transnationaler und transregionaler Ebene.
Conclusion of the preparatory phaseStuttgart, 31st December, 2010 — With a report on the preparatory phase the first milestone of the İNPUT Project has been reached. The operational basis is given for a promissing implementation of the transnational and transregional co-operation network during 2011 to 2013.

Dezember 2010 — In einem Arbeitstreffen beim Minsterium für Arbeit, Soziales, Familien und Senioren des Landes Baden-Württemberg berichten Norbert Kreuzkamp und Giuseppe Tabbì (enaip & acli) über den erfolgreichen Projektverlauf und die Absicht, das „ACLI — Selbsthilfewerk für interkulturelle Arbeit e. V.“ mit Sitz in Stuttgart als Projektträger für die Umsetzungsphase ab 2011 einzubeziehen.
