First mission of transnational experts

Tübingen, 17th – 21st November, 2011 — As a first vanguard, three experts from France and Italy come for a three day mission. The aim is to get to know more precisely the project activities at Schwäbisch Gmünd and Reutlingen and to create the conditions for future exchanges and joint transnational learning. Benchmarking of European projects

Stockholm, 17th – 21st October, 2011 — In the framework of the transnational ESF learning network IMPART a peer review study visit is organised to pilot projects in Sweden. Objective of the peer review mission is to contribute to a validation of indicators on European level that might reinforce sustainability of projects. The activities in the field are based on a working strategy developped within the INPART project that focuses on the methods of qualitative benchmarking and indicator focused interviews realised by peers.


İNPUT starts into the implementation phase

Stuttgart, 13th July, 2011 — The meeting of project partners and project staff is focussing on the experiences of the Deutsch-Türkisches Forum (DTF) with mentor work. The use of educational mentors especially with Turkish migration background meets great interest. The state capital offers opportunity to participate in the meeting of the International City Committee, to stroll through the „Markt der Kulturen“ and to enjoy the summer Italian-African cultural event. Still in July some modifications of the local activities in Reutlingen, named IKA, are agreed with the partner BBQ.


Transnational Meeting in Lille

Lille, 8th – 9th June, 2011 — Nine project team members participate at a two-day transnational meeting with international experts at Lille and Bouvines (France). A visit to the district center of Bois Blanc and the so-called „Misson locale“ (more information in a flyer, a presentation and an activity report) were highlights of the programme focussin on work promotion. A seminar organised in cooperation with the TANDEM PLUS partner provided an opportunity to present the envisaged project activities and to exchange ideas with international experts from Belgium, France, Italy, Morocco, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Spain. First meeting of project’s partners and teams in Tübingen

Tübingen, 11th May, 2011 — Partners and project teams come together for a first project meeting since the start of the implementation phase. After a short review of the activities during the preliminary phase the project partners acli e. V., ARCES e. V. and BBQ Berufliche Bildung gGmbH report on their activities and the detailed project plannings. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of the project activities in Reutlingen and Schwäbisch Gmünd. There is a wide consensus among partners and project teams about an appreciative, participatory and empowering approach of work promotion. Some continuity and structure should be given to the exchange of partners and staffs at the different project sites. Basic issues for the cooperation will be defined in a partnership agreement.


İNPUT starts into the implementation phase

Stuttgart, 15th April, 2011 — After the migration of the project to acli e. V. at the end of the year and after an ​​appropriate preparation, the two-year implementation phase of the project could be started. According to the project calendar, even during Holy Week some coordination meetings are planned. Just after Easter workshops with the local partners are prepared. The first transnational meetings of the project staff are scheduled on the project calendar for the first decade of June.


Work promotion of migrants and ethnic minorities

Bonn, 22nd – bis 23rd March, 2011 — In the framework of the transnational ESF learning network IMPART a training seminar for peers is organised. The experts are proposed to participate to a peer review study visit to a pilot project in Sweden.


Conclusion of the preparatory phase

Stuttgart, 31st December, 2010 — With a report on the preparatory phase the first milestone of the İNPUT Project has been reached. The operational basis is given for a promissing implementation of the transnational and transregional co-operation network during 2011 to 2013.


Working meeting at the Ministry

Stuttgart, 13th December, 2010 — In a meeting at the Ministry for work, social affairs, families and senior citizens of the state of Baden-Wuerttemberg Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp and Mr. Giuseppe Tabbì (enaip — acli) report on the ongoing successful project work and the intention to continue the implementation involving the „ACLI — Selbsthilfewerk fuer interkulturelle Arbeit e. V.“ in Stuttgart as project manager for the implementation phase starting in 2011.


Transnational expertise selected according to local needs

Reutlingen, 7th December, 2010 — In a meeting in Reutlingen Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp (enaip) and some local operators (BBQ Berufliche Bildung gGmbH) face the question how to focus the selection and transfer of transnational expertise, to be implemented in the İNPUT Project, in an adequate and promising way on the real needs of local operators and participants.


Strenghthening migrants withous a job

Tuebingen, 2nd December, 2010 — Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp (enaip) and Mr. Ulrich Hoegel (BBQ Berufliche Bildung gGmbH) discuss the implementatoin of the İNPUT Project in Tuebingen and Reutlingen, emphasising strategies of empowerment of young migrant people in finding vocational training and emplyoment.


Transnational work meeting in Bad Boll

Bad Boll / Esslingen am Neckar, 30th November – 1 December, 2010 — At the margins of an international conference, some social and educational experts coming from Croatia, France, Italy, Slovakia and the United Kingdom continue discussion with Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp, Dr. Harald Kohler, Ms. Emanuel Tierno and Mr. Stewart Gold about the involvement of transnational expertise within the İNPUT Project.


Involvement of transnational expertise

Granada, 22nd – 24th November, 2010 — At the margins of an international meeting, Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp and Mr. Dimi Petropoulos discuss with transnational partners how to encourage the involvement of transnational expertise within the İNPUT Project.


Presentation of the İNPUT project in English language

Stuttgart, 14th November, 2010 — A project presentation in English language will support the communication with the transnational partners and experts.


First network meeting of transnational projects

Stuttgart, 29th October, 2010 — At the first common meeting of the five central transnational projects at the Ministry for social affairs of the Land of Baden-Wuerttemberg Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp and Dr. Harald Kohler present the İNPUT project.


Local stakeholders will be involved

Schwaebisch Gmuend, 13th October, 2010 — From the very beginning Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp and Mr. Bernhard Bormann plan a strategy to reinforce the participation of local stakeholders, staff and participants within the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of the activities. In a meeting at the City Hall of Schwaebisch Gmuend, interested officials encourage this strategy of the İNPUT project.


Compendium of good practice

Tuebingen, 7th October, 2010 — The criteria for the selection of transnational experiences in a compendium of good or promising practice will be developed, disucssed and agreed by the strong>INPUT Project actors within the implementation phase of the project 2011-2013.


Transnational Joint Venture of research and practice

Tuebingen, 1st October, 2010 — Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp and Dr. Harald Kohler work on a common strategy to implement a „transnational joint venture of research and practice“ within the İNPUT Project.

Barcelona, 13th – 14th September, 2010 — At the margins of an international working meeting, Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp and Dr. Harald Kohler discuss with internatinal experts strategies of transfer of expertise to be implemented for the İNPUT Project.

Tuebingen, 9th September, 2010 — A continuous research of good practice, put forward by Dr. Harald Kohler of the Tuebingen University, is a strong basis for the implementation the success of the İNPUT project.

Tuebingen, 20th August, 2010 — A common strategy for the implementation of a publicity concept and the İNPUT Project’s website is agreed by Mr. Norbert Kreuzkamp and Dr. Harald Kohler .
